The language settings can be customized so that you can build international web calendars. Also set the starting weekday to Monday instead of Sunday if that is how you wish your calendars to appear.
Web Cal Plus can generate calendars in languages other than English. Just go to the Language Section of the Settings screen.
The Advanced version of Web Cal Plus allows you to transfer a portion your calendars with other Web Cal Plus Advanced users.
